Route page basics
Route is the daily field view. Use the date picker to move between days, jump back to today, switch between map and list, and open individual jobs.
Owners on Crew-tier accounts can filter by all crew, unassigned jobs, or a specific active user. Crew members see only their assigned route.
Bulk assignment
On Crew-tier accounts, owners can select visible route jobs and assign or unassign them in bulk. This is useful when a crew calls out or when a route is split after scheduling.
Job statuses
- Scheduled: the job is ready to start.
- In progress: someone has started work.
- Completed: the job was finished and can be invoiced.
- Skipped: the job was skipped with a reason.
- Canceled: the job is no longer active.
Start, skip, and complete work
- Open the job from the route.
- Review customer, property, service, access notes, price, and previous service photo if available.
- Start the job when work begins.
- Add photos when helpful. Photos can be marked before or after and can include captions.
- Complete the job with price and notes.
- Choose whether to send an invoice immediately when completing the job.
Photos
Photos are resized before upload and tied to the job. Each job has a hard photo cap, and the app warns as you approach it.
If you are offline, photo work can be queued. Keep the app installed or open long enough for the queue to sync after the device reconnects.
Rain delay
Owners can push today's scheduled jobs forward by one day from Route. Jobs already in progress or completed stay put.
The app can also show a heavy rain banner for today when the forecast reaches the configured rain threshold for the workday. The banner can be dismissed or used to start the same push-forward flow.
- You can choose whether to notify affected customers.
- Email notifications are queued for customers with usable email addresses.
- SMS notifications are attempted only on SMS-eligible Crew-tier accounts.
- Undo is available only for a short window after the rain delay.
