No customer login required

Public estimate and invoice links are built for customers who do not have a MowNext account. The customer opens the email link, reviews the branded page, and takes the available action.

Estimate links

  • Customers can review estimate line items, subtotal, tax, total, notes, and terms.
  • Customers can accept by entering a signature name.
  • Customers can decline with an optional reason.
  • Expired, accepted, and declined states are shown on the public page.

Invoice payment links

  • Customers can review invoice line items, due date, balance, and payment status.
  • Customers can pay by card or bank when online payments are available.
  • Customers may be able to add a tip if tips are enabled.
  • Customers may be able to save a card and enable autopay.
  • Paid and voided invoices cannot be paid again from the public page.

Branding

Public pages use the account brand name or business name, and can show configured brand color or logo data when present in the account.

Email delivery rules

MowNext blocks estimate and invoice sends when the customer email is missing, bounced, or unsubscribed. Fix the customer email state before sending a public link.
